1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "92pkr", "we", "us", "our" refers to the 92pkr platform, its operators, and any entities operating under its international gaming license.
• "Platform" means the 92pkr website accessible at 92pkr.ws, including all sub-pages, services, games, betting markets, and associated applications.
• "User", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal user account created by a registered member of 92pkr for the purpose of accessing betting and gaming services.
• "Balance" refers to the total PKR-denominated funds held within a User's 92pkr Account, including real-money funds and separately tracked bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or matched deposit amounts credited to an Account subject to wagering requirements and conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total aggregate betting turnover required before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" or "Know Your Customer" refers to the identity verification process required before withdrawal of funds or upon request by 92pkr's compliance team.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the official currency of Pakistan and the base currency of all 92pkr Account transactions.
• "Intellectual Property" includes all trademarks, logos, software, design elements, game content, and written material associated with the 92pkr Platform.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 92pkr Platform, creating an Account, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and refrain from creating or accessing a 92pkr Account.

92pkr reserves the right to require you to re-confirm your acceptance of these Terms at any time, particularly following a material amendment. Failure to confirm acceptance when requested may result in temporary suspension of access to your Account pending resolution.

3 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an active Account on 92pkr, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You must be a minimum of 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your Account.
2. You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and non-human legal constructs are not permitted to hold Accounts.
3. You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which access to online gambling platforms is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
4. You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of any employee of 92pkr or any of its affiliated entities.
5. You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion agreement, whether imposed through 92pkr's own responsible gaming tools or through a third-party responsible gambling programme.
6. You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your country of residence.

By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false registration information — including false age declarations — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in criminal referral to relevant authorities.

4 Account Management

Each User may hold only one active Account on the 92pkr Platform. Maintaining multiple Accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited. 92pkr employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts, and any such accounts identified will be closed with immediate effect.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password.
• All activity conducted through your Account, whether authorised by you or not.
• Ensuring that your personal information remains accurate and current at all times.
• Notifying 92pkr immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account.

92pkr reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any conduct detrimental to the integrity of the Platform.

Where an Account is closed by 92pkr due to a proven breach of these Terms, any remaining Balance — including both real-money and Bonus Funds — may be forfeited. Where no breach is established, any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to the User's verified payment method within a reasonable period.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 92pkr are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are supported for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. Specific minimum and maximum limits apply to each method and are displayed at the point of transaction.

With respect to deposits, the following conditions apply:

• Deposits must be made only from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted under any circumstances.
• 92pkr does not charge internal processing fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges independently.
• Deposits are generally credited to your Account immediately upon confirmation from the payment processor. In cases of technical delay, please contact support with your transaction reference.

With respect to withdrawals, the following conditions apply:

• All withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. Accounts that have not submitted and passed identity verification will be unable to process withdrawals.
• Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method and account used for deposits wherever technically possible.
• 92pkr processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes published in the Help Centre, which vary by payment method. These timeframes are targets and not guarantees.
• 92pkr reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending investigation of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or other policy violations.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on 92pkr is subject to the specific rules applicable to each product, as published within the respective section of the Platform. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and these Terms & Conditions, the product-specific rules shall prevail for matters directly related to that product.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on 92pkr:

• Bets are accepted at 92pkr's sole discretion. 92pkr reserves the right to limit, refuse, or void any bet without being required to provide a reason.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it may not be cancelled or amended by the User except where a specific cash-out or edit facility is expressly offered within the relevant product.
• In the event of a technical failure, system error, or manifest pricing error, 92pkr reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. Winnings generated through manifestly incorrect odds will not be honoured.
• 92pkr's settlement decisions on the outcome of sporting events and casino games are final, subject only to the formal dispute resolution process set out in these Terms.
• All casino game outcomes are determined by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by the physical actions of the dealer, which are captured by video and may be reviewed in dispute cases.

Cricket betting markets, which form a core offering of 92pkr, are subject to additional rules available within the cricket section of the Platform. These rules govern in-play market suspension, abandonment scenarios, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method adjustments, and player market settlement criteria.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

92pkr offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing Users. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer, in addition to these general bonus conditions:

• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate bonus offers — including through coordinated play, hedging, or the use of multiple Accounts — is prohibited.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period of the bonus. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings expire upon the end of the validity period.
• Bonus funds are generally not withdrawable. Only winnings generated from the wagering of bonus funds, subject to meeting the applicable Wagering Requirement, may be withdrawn.
• 92pkr reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time, with reasonable notice provided where practicable.
• Where 92pkr determines that a User has engaged in bonus abuse, it reserves the right to cancel the bonus, reclaim any associated winnings, and in serious cases suspend or close the Account.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 92pkr Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:

1. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, access games, or interact with the Platform in any way.
2. Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any collusive arrangement designed to manipulate the outcome of any sporting event or casino game.
3. Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any activity in furtherance of financial crime.
4. Sharing your Account credentials with any other person or allowing a third party to operate your Account on your behalf.
5. Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or similar technology to circumvent geographic restrictions.
6. Engaging in any form of systematic arbitrage betting intended to guarantee a profit irrespective of outcome, where such activity is determined to constitute abuse in 92pkr's reasonable judgment.
7. Harassing, threatening, or abusing 92pkr staff or other Users through any communication channel.
8. Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the Platform's systems, databases, or source code.

9 Intellectual Property

All content, software, design elements, graphics, trademarks, service marks, logos, and other Intellectual Property displayed on or forming part of the 92pkr Platform are the exclusive property of 92pkr or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any such Intellectual Property.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. This licence does not extend to:

• Reproducing, copying, or distributing any Platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 92pkr.
• Modifying, reverse-engineering, disassembling, or creating derivative works based on any Platform software or content.
• Using the 92pkr name, logo, or branding in any manner that suggests endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without express written authorisation.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 92pkr's aggregate liability to any User in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that User to their Account during the twelve-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

92pkr shall not be liable for any of the following losses, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of business, contracts, or commercial opportunities.
• Any indirect, special, or consequential loss of any kind.
• Losses arising from technical failures, internet outages, or third-party service interruptions beyond 92pkr's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 92pkr's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

11 Privacy & Data

92pkr collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at /privacy-policy. By creating an Account and using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, 92pkr uses your personal data for purposes including Account administration, identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the personalisation of your Platform experience. 92pkr does not sell your personal data to third parties.

12 Responsible Gaming

92pkr is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help Users maintain control over their gambling activity. The following tools are available to all registered Users:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you may deposit into your Account.
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the duration of individual gaming or betting sessions.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic notifications during sessions reminding you of the time elapsed and amounts wagered.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the Platform for a defined period or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and, once confirmed, cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

The version of the Terms in force at the time of any dispute shall govern the resolution of that dispute, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under 92pkr's international gaming license jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits the statutory rights you may hold as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence.
